CONSTITUTION:A transmission synchronizing pilot transmitted from a master station is received at a pilot extracting circuit 2 via a hybrid circuit 1 from a transmission line 8 together with other information signals. The pilot is extracted at the circuit 2 and is given to a pilot multiplying circuit 3, a pilot level monitoring circuit 4 and an automatic frequency controlling circuit 5. In the pilot multiplying circuit 3, the frequency of the received transmission synchronizing pilot is multiplied into the same frequency as the frequency of the main oscillation circuit and outputted as the main oscillation current now in use. The oscillating frequency of a main oscillation circuit 6 for spare carrier current is controlled through the collation with the transmission synchronizing pilot frequency obtained from the pilot extracting circuit 2 normally and if the pilot signal is interrupted, the output of the oscillation circuit 6 is selected.
