PURPOSE: To enable the use of a solar heat cooling, heating and hot-water supplying apparatus when the sun shine is not available, e.g., on rainy day or the like by storing excessive solar heat not collected in a hot-water storage tank when cooling or heating operation is carried out by utilizing a low temperature heat storage tank.
CONSTITUTION: Solar heat collected by a heat collector 1 is stored in a high temperature heat storage tank 4 and a hot-water storage tank 5. Excessive heat quantity is stored in water in a low temperature heat storage tank 10 via a heat exchanger provided in a hot-water storage tank 5 by driving a circulation pump 11. When sun shine quantity is insufficient so that the quantity of heat in the tank 5 becomes insufficient, it is detected by detectors 14, 15, a circulation pump 11 is driven by a controller 13, and the heat stored in the tank 10 is returned via a heat exchanger to the tank 5.
