Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve dimensional accuracy, by providing a relief valve and an electromagnetic changeover valve on a drain circuit of an injection cylinder, blocking a tank circuit of the electromagnetic valve when the operation was switched from charging process to pressure-holding process, operating the relief valve and preventing a screw from retracting. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic changeover valve 6 is provided on the drain side 2b of an ejecting circuit, and when it was switched from charging process to pressure-holding process a drain circuit is blocked at a position b, and hydraulic oil is made to work upon an electromagnetic relief valve 7. Resin pressure at the time of charging of a resin material storage section 10 located on the tip of a heating cylinder 5 is detected by a pressure detecting device 9, and on the basis of thus detected value a pressure which is not smaller than the detected resin pressure is calculated for setting an injection pressure controlling electromagnetic proportional relief valve 1 by a signal emitter 11, and it is made to work upon the relief valve 1 as an electrical signal. A pressure-maintaining force F to be varied by forming resin and other operating conditions is set by a pressure setting unit 8.
