Abstract
PURPOSE: To make erasable lines possible to be drawn without use of any ruler in the drawing of polygonal line graph or the like, by using a narrow width adhesive tape having a scale printed thereon and wound to form a tape winding.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape 1 formed by cutting at 1mm width is wound around a spool or the like and the thus obtained tpe winding is fitted onto a shaft 4 in a storing chamber 3 of a molded casing 2. The free end 6 of the adhesive tape 1 is drawn out along a guide boss 5 having an angle cross-section shape, while the adhesive tape 1 is engaged to a lid 7 having a shape symetrical with the casing 2 and to hooks 8, 9. Further, the casing 2 is provided in its forward end portion with a cutter bade 10 inserted therein, and also provided in a portion B with an adjusting window adapted receiver the tip of a finger for adjusting the sliding speed and the rewinding of the adhesive tape 1. In use, the free end 6 of the adhesive tape 1 is contacted at the starting point of a line to be drawn and is pulled in a desired direction so as to be extended and pressed in a linear form, and then is cut by the cutting blade 10 disposed in the forward end portion of the casing 2.
