Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the concentration of O3 in waste water accurately and rapidly, by forming a filter made by a porous inorganic compound and dispersed an ozone decomposition agent as an ozone decomposition membrane on an oxygen permeable membrane of an oxygen detector having the oxygen permeable membrane. CONSTITUTION:An ozone electrode provided an ozone decomposition membrane 8 made by an activated carbon nonwoven fabric or a porous inorganic compound filter dispersed a powdered ozone decomposition agent such as Ni, Mn, Cu on an oxygen permeable membrane 4, is prepared.
