Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength and to improve the vibration proof property, by enclosing a resistor for measuring temperature in a metallic dual pipe having a enclosed part by welding through an inorganic insulator, at the time of enclosing a resistance element in a metallic pipe and forming the resistor for the measuring temperature. CONSTITUTION:Lead wires 22, 22' made of nickel material are inserted into through holes 23, 23' provided to an insulation pipe 21 formed of an inorganic insulator in a cylindrical shape and the pipe 21 is inserted into a metallic inner tube 24. Moreover, the pipe 24 is reduced its diameter to a necessary outer diameter by using a diameter reducing machine such as a swaging mechine. The pipe 21 is crushed by this diameter reducing processing and the wires 22, 22' are furnished in the pipe 24 through an inorganic insulation powder 26. The pipe 24 is then cut in a necessary length and a lead wire 28 of a resistance element 27 is welded with silver soldering to the wires 22, 22' exposing on a cut length. An inorganic insulation powder 29 is put in the pipe 24 connected with the element 27 and the pipe 24 is inserted into a metallic outer pipe 25 enclosed the one end. Moreover, the pipe 25 is processed using the diameter reducing machine and the dual pipe construction is formed sticking the pipe 24 with the pipe 25.
