Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled dialytic solution prepared by mixing a dialytic solution consisting of Na and Cl essentially with a lactate salt instead of acetic acid as a buffer solution without requiring a special supply apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: A dialytic solution consisting of Na and Cl essentially is mixed with a lactate salt, preferably a food additive, in the range of 60W5mEg/L by reducing the acetic acid concentration in the conventional dialytic solution to 10mEg/L or less or zero to give the aimed dialytic solution for an artifical kindney. The use of the lactate salt exhibits almost no symptoms, e.g.headache, itching in the whole body, malaise feeling or hypotension of blood pressure, as opposed to the conventional dialytic solution. A speical apparatus, e.g. a sodium bicarbonate supplying apparatus, is not required, and the dialysis can be carried out simply and easily by the conventional apparatus as it is.
