Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate variance in the weight of material at each distribution port with a constant distance from a feed port and the distribution port by arranging a material feed port with a horizontally circular section at the center of the top surface of a hopper body and a plurality of material distribution ports below thereof on a concentric with respect thereto. CONSTITUTION:The hopper body 1 with a material feed port 2 at the top center thereof is formed cylindrical at the upper part and inversely conical at the lower part thereof and a plurality of material distribution ports 3 are provided in the bottom center at a proper space on a concentric with respect to the feed port 2. Material is distributed with a switch gear 4 adapted to turn a disc-like rotary shutter 6 as a center axis 7 having a communicating port 5 corresponding to each distribution port 3. This eliminates variation in the weight of material passing the distribution ports due to difference in the specific gravity thereby in no way impairing uniformity of a molding.
