Abstract
PURPOSE:To uniformly distribute dispersed medium within a container by providing a partition plate having separating pores which pass a mill base into the container but do not pass dispersed medium. CONSTITUTION:A mill base supplied into the container 8 from a mill base supply port 10 is entered into a chamber 38a and subjected to the dispersing treatment. Subsequently, the mill base is entered into a chamber 38b through plural separating pores provided to the partition plate 36. Because the separating pores 40 formed to the partition plate 36 have a dimensional size which can pass the mill base but can not pass the dispersed midium, the dispersed medium filled within the chamber 38a do not move into a chamber 38b along with the mill base. Thereby, the base is successively moved through a chamber 38c-38e and discharged from a discharge port 12.
