Abstract

PURPOSE: To accelerate an engine smoothly by adding temporarily fuel while correcting incrementally fuel in proportion to the degree of acceleration when increasing ratio of opening of a throttle value exceeds a set value.
CONSTITUTION: Normal basic fuel injection is carried out by a matrix memory 1, multiplier 2, preset-down counter 6, etc. on the basis of rotary speed Ne and intake negative pressure PB of an engine. When the increasing ratio of opening θth of a throttle valve exceeds a set value, the output for correcting immediately incremental amount of fuel is produced by a preset-down counter 21 and function generator 22. Further, signal for correcting incremental amount of fuel for acceleration are applied to the multiplier 2 by a function generator 29, time constant correcting memory 32, etc. Thus, temporary addition of fuel in acceleration can be immediately carried out while incremental amount of fuel is corrected so that the engine can be smoothly accelerated.
