Abstract

Besides, an anode electrode 3c and a phosphor substance 3b are provided on the third plate 3. The first and third plates 1 and 3 are space in parallel at regular intervals inserting the second plate 2 between them. Further, a grid electrode 22 is provided around the hole 21 on the second plate 2 and the potential of this grid electrode 22 is controlled depending upon picture signals.
