For instance, by using a develper which has mixed a toner obtained by mixing 10pts. carbon block to 100pts. epoxy resin, with a carrier, a clear and satisfactory fixing picture is obtained in 5 seconds by a magnetron of 2,450MHz and 1kw output. As for this toner, epsilon tan delta is 0.19 at room temperature, 0.29 at 50 deg.C, and its ratio is 1.5. In this way, since a temperature rises swiftly, an excellent picture is obtained quickly by means of high frequency fixing.
