Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking and adhesion of a binder resin on a carrier and a photosensitive plate by using an epoxy compd. in a half cured state as the resin binder. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy compd. used as a resin binder is used by curing the same to a half-cured state by the use of a hardener. The hardener of the amt. of addition 1/10-1/2 the amt. at which an epoxy resin is thoroughly cured suffices usually. It is preferable to control the half-cured state of the epoxy resin by regulating the amt. of addition of the hardener used and the kneading time for a toner. The preferable kneading time is 0.5-2hr. There are aliphat. amines including polyethylene diamine, etc., arom. amines, seconary amines such as N-methylpiperazine or the like and tertiary amines such as tetramethylguanidine, triethanolamine or the like as the amine compd. used as th hardener. The other hardeners used are acids anhydride such as maleic anhydride.
