Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of an input/output section, and to miniaturize the device by laminating an optical information reading section, an optical information reading controlling section, a heating resistor and a heating resistor controlling section on the same substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The optical information reading section 2 consisting of a common electrode 14c, a Te film 15, a CdTe film 16, a CdS film 17 and a transparent electrode film 18, the optical information reading controlling section 3 composed of a common electrode 14d and the films 15W18, the heating resistor 4 obtained by forming common electrodes 14b, 14c on a resistor layer 21, and the heating resistor controlling section 5 made up of a common electrode 14a, the Te film 15, a CdTe film 19, the CdS film 17 and the opposite electrode 14b are laminated on the insulating substrate 1 coated with a glaze layer 13, and the whole is coated by laminating an oxidation preventive film 19 and an abrasion resistance layer 20.
