CONSTITUTION:Power supply terminals of a master flip flop 13 and a slave flip flop 14 of a 1/2 frequency divider A are connected to a power source VCC through a diode D1. Consequently, in respect to the level of a clock CK applied to a 1/2 frequency divider B in the next stage, the high level is VCC-VD. VD corresponds to voltage drop of the diode D1. At this time, the collector potential of a transistor Q23 becomes VCC-VBE. VBE is the voltage between bases and a emitters of transistors Q17 and Q18.
