Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve starting properties and luminous efficiency by means a mercury lamp stabilizer by enclosing a radioactive material made of promethium that is formed as a sealed with power source, from the handling point of view, in a luminous tube in which scandium halide and argon gas are charged and sealed.
