Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned structure capable of increasing the thickness of a sharp angle part produced by a gate and a cavity by a method wherein a pin point gate is provided at a hollow part of large diameter installed on the inclined surface of the cavity inclined to a pin point gate. CONSTITUTION:A convex semi-spheric hollow part 3 having a diameter larger than the pin point gate 2 has is provided on an inclined surface 1a of a cavity 1 and the pin point gate 2 is installed from a runner 5 to this hollow part 3. The thickness a of the sharp angle part 6 between the runner 5 and the inclined surface 1a is increased by the height of the hollow part 3, does not make a thin thickness part. The hollow part 3 has a large diameter and though the gate is made longer, injection pressure does not become larger.
