Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for adjusting upper and lower metal molds and improve productivity, when an oil accumulated part and axial hole are simultaneously formed in a plastic ground plate, by forming the axial hole to bottommed shape further forming the oil accumulated part along the shaft hole. CONSTITUTION:A plastic ground plate, used for analog watch or the like, is constituted by simultaneously forming an oil accumulated part and shaft hole. Here a shaft hole 10, formed in said ground plate 1, is shaped to a bottommed blank hole, and an oil accumulated part 11 is arranged along said shaft hole 10. In this way, a metal mold, forming the shaft hole 10, is of not butt type for shaping an extension hole, to both eliminate the necessity for adjusting the metal mold and prevent a pin of fine diameter from damage. Further a protrusion is not required for forming an oil accumulated part in the metal mold even for such constitution that a bearing is arranged to a canopy shaped part formed in the ground plate 1 and a small thickness part is formed in the periphery of the oil accumulated part, then a good flow of resin the can be performed to the small thickness part to improve reliablity.
