Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the peak current at sparking with an electron gun so as to prevent the damage of a circuit by forming a high resistance electric conductive membrane consisting of a specific weight ratio of black lead, silicon dioxide and silicata to metal oxide, on the inner face of a funnel part. CONSTITUTION:A high resistance electric conductive membrane which consists of the weight ratio of 0.5-50 part of black lead, 0.5-4 part of silicon dioxide 5-60 part of silicate to 10 part of metal oxide and the metal oxide, black lead and silicon dioxide of 0.05-3mum, 0.1-10mum, 0.005-0.05mum respective particle size is spread and stuck to the inner face of a funnel part. Thereby, it is possible to form a strong high resistance electric conductive membrane which has uniform resistance value and proper electric conductivity, in order to decrease peak current at sparking with an electron gun and to prevent the damage of negative electrode and an electron gun circuit.
