Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve dielectric-strength characteristics by aging excellently a lowvoltage electrode, insulator near it and inside valve surface by connecting one terminal of an aging power supply to an anode and the other to both the lowvoltage electrode and a cathode in parallel while an intermediate electrode is made to float.
