Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve adhesion of hot melt to a base material in coating hot melt to a porous base material such as external wall for a building by raising water content of the coated part temporarily and thereby suppressing foaming.
CONSTITUTION: Water content of the part to be coated of a porous base material such as cement board and gypsum board is raised by coating of water by spray, dripping etc. or immersing the base material in a water tank for a short time. After coating water or immersing in water, hot melt is stuck to the base material by coating the hot melt with a hot melt coating device.
