Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve excellent termperature characteristics, by fixedly contacting a junction member performed on an upper surface of an internal base with a part of a ferrite base without performing the entire surface of the center. CONSTITUTION:An internal base 2 is inserted within an external frame. A ferrite base 7 consists of an electric circuit formed with a conductive thin film on a ferrite disc and an earthing conductor provided under the ferrite disc. Three parts of the base 7 are fixed. Thus constituted isolator stabilizes the temperature dependency of ferrite, by mitigating thermal stress which is a cause to the substrate 7 for the magnetostriction phenomenon, since the base 7 is partially fixed, when thermal expansion and contraction is produced due to the ambient temperature change.
