Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a power source with a higher utilization efficiency of power by arranging a power amplifying circuit for amplifying a signal modulated in the pulse width and a low-pass filter for removing harmonic components. CONSTITUTION:A power amplifying circuit 4 is driven by a D.C. power source to amplify power of pulse signals with a equal peak modulated in the pulse-width and harmonic components contained in the output is removed with a low pass filter 5. The A.C. output voltage of a filter 5 is compared with the reference voltage signal and a voltage difference between the two signals is outputted from an error amplifier 6. The comparator 8 compares the error signal of the error amplifier 6 with the output signal of a saw tooth generator circuit 9 to convert changes in the amplitude of the error signal to the variations in the pulse-width.
