Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the cell performance by employing such positive pole as the positive pole powder subsistance is mixed and molded together with a conductive material and a binder then applied with the microwave irradiation. CONSTITUTION:An organic medium cell is formed with a negative pole 2 composed of lithium, sodium, etc., a separator 3 impregnated with an organic electrolytic and a positive pole 1 containing maganese dioxide, where said positive pole 1 is formed such that the graphite is mixed with manganese dioxide as the conductive subsistance while polytetra-phloroethylene is added as the binder then molded and applied with the microwave irradiation. Consequently the removal of the water can be performed uniformly in short time upto the interior of the positive pole 1 resulting in the considerable improvement of the cell performance.
