Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a simple winding equipment, by a method wherein the equipment is composed of a bobbin which can be seperated along the axial direction and a plurality of rollers supporting both sides of the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The mounting part for wire winding of an iron core is covered by a bobbin body 1a to which a flange 3a is attached and by a bobbin body 1b to which a flange 3b is attached in such a manner that said bobbin bodies 1a, 1b are opposedly provided to each other. Junction portions 11 are tightened by bolts, and the flanges 2a, 2b are fixed by nuts. The bobbin 1 composed by above method is suitably wrapped by insulating paper, and the leading end of the magnet wire is fixed to the bobbin 1 by a fixing hook. The bobbin 1 is rotated by a driving gear and winding up of the magnet wire is performed. The rotation of the bobbin 1 is supported by a plurality of supporting rollers provided on both side of the bobbin. After winding is completed the flanges 3a, 3b are removed from the bobbin bodies 1a, 1b respectively and the bobbin 1 is removed from the coil.
