Abstract
PURPOSE:To economize energy and to get rid of a measuring error, by automatically measuring a temperature of a furnace at prescribed time intervals at every check point, comparing it with a set temperature, and deciding it. CONSTITUTION:A computer 9 decides whether a measuring temperature or not at first, and in case of YES, checks whether a thermocouple 4 mating a thermocouple 5 displays an exact temperature on a temperature control recorder 3 or not. In this case, electromotive force of the thermocouple is read automatically by the computer 9, is converted to a temperature and is decided. In case when a result of decision is not within the prescribed range, its fact is outputted to an output device 11. If it is within the range, whether the measurement has been executed by the prescribed number of times or not is decided, and the next measurement is executed. The computer 9 reads electromotive force of thermocouples 2a-2h, converts it to a temperature, measures automatically whether a display temperature of the recorder 3 is within some prescribed range or not, at some time intervals, and outputs its data to the output device 11.
