CONSTITUTION:A metal such as V, Ti, Zr, Cr, Mn, Mo, W, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Rh, Ir, Bi. B, etc or its oxide or nitride having >=4 Mohs' hardness is vapor-deposited on the rear surface of a supporter 1 moving within a vacuum chamber 5 by means of an evaporating crucible 9 to form a thin film layer 3 of the above-menthioned metal or its oxide or nitride.
