Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing of a balance and to enable to perform an accurate weighing irrespective of a position of a load, by a method wherein a pressurizing part for a pivot is placed at an upper scale, by a method wherein a pressurizing part for a pivot is placed at an upper scale, positioned facing and opposite to a pressured part of a scale frame consisting of 4 flexible arms. CONSTITUTION:A scale frame 4, consisting of 4 flexible arms 8-11 are secured to a base 1, a load is transferred to a load cell 2 through a load transferring rod 7. Semispherical pressured parts 16 are formed in the middle of the arms 8-11, and pressurizing parts 18 for a pivot are provided at a scale 17, positioned facing and opposite to the pressured parts. In this constitution, the arms 8-11 deform according to a position of a load on the scale 17, and support the load in a dispersion manner to displace downward. The transit rod 7 composes the load so dispersed to transfer it to the cell 2. The pressurizing parts 18 always transfer the load in the vertical direction through the pivot. The permits the accurate weighing irrespective of the position of the load and facilitates manufacturing of a balance.
