PURPOSE:To obtain the analytical apparatus of liquid sample capable of easily maintain a constant temerature of reagent solution bath and having a weak temperature influence on a reaction vessel at the time of adding the reagent solution, by raising the temperature of the reagent taken out from the reagent solution bath in a refrigerator to the normal temperature at the storage part of the reagent solution. CONSTITUTION:Reagent tanks 24 containing a reagent solution are prepared by the number of tanks necessary for the items to be analyzed and are accomodated in a refrigerator 1. Inspection bodies set in a sampler 7 are dispensed in a reaction vessel 10 on a reaction table 9 by a sampling mechanism 8 and is successively rotated to be transferred. Reagent storage vessels 80, 81 equal to the number of the tanks 24 are provided in the neighborhood of outer circumference of the reagent adding position of the table 9 and an optional head is made between both vessels 80, 81 and then, the reagent flows into the vessels, 81, 81 only by opening and closing an electromagnetic valve 29 in the condition of filling up the reagent in a piping tube 28.
