Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable an operator near a terminal to make arrangements for an emergency by receiving emergency information and secret information by using voice output indication codes included in received information and by voicing those pieces of information. CONSTITUTION:Information sent from a central processor via a circuit is inputted to a data storing circuit 2 through a circuit interface 1 and its output is supplied to a print data 11 through a print control circuit 10. Information from the storing circuit 2, on the other hand, is supplied to a collating circuit 3 to be collated with a symbol stored there and when the both coincide mutually, information represented by the symbol is inputted to a phonemesequence generating circuit 5, which reedits the information into a sequence as a voice by reading phonemes from a word storing circuit 6 serving as a word dictionary to output the sequence. On receiving the output, an acoustic parameter rule synthesizing circuit 7 reads sound elements from a sound-element storing circuit 8 containing a sound-element dictionary and a voice is outputted from a voice synthesizing circuit 9 to a speaker 13 to inform an operator of the information.
