CONSTITUTION:In case of voice registration mode, a key input encoding signal is fetched to a CPU1 from an encoder 2 via an INPORT3, and an input signal from a microphone 18 is fetched to a voice input processing circuit 20 with a sampling timing signal of a circuit 17 and inputted to the CPU1 via an INPORT21. Next, in registration test mode, the CPU1 selects the nearest registration word to utterance for character display, and the registrated word is informed with a synthesized sound, and if it is correct, the operator depresses the equal key and if mistaken, the 0 key is depressed for confirmation. When voice input for the operation word is present, it is inputted to the next operation word, if the selected operation word with the CPU1 coincides with it; and if not, a voice synthesis circuit 7 outputs message.
