Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable smooth extrusion in two layers by extruding different kinds of high molecular materials, extrusion temperatures thereof differ, in the two layers through heads each mounting different temperature regulating mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:The first high molecular material is supplied into the cylindrical head proper 2 with a hot water flow path 6, an outer circumferential section thereof has a temperature sensing section for regulating temperature, rectified by means of a torpedo 3 and introduced into the first orifice 26 of a die section 12 through a flow path 8 of a heat insulating cylinder body 10. On the other hand, the second high molecular material, the extrusion temperature thereof differs from said high molecular material, is introduced into the second orifice 29 through the head proper 15 and a resin flow path 18 of a barrel 13 with a temperature sensing section 22 for regulating temperature from a connecting section 14 of an extruding machine, and the first high molecular material layer and the second high molecular material layer are extruded in the two layers while forming the first high molecular material layer by means of the orifice 26 at the die section 12 and the second high molecular material layer on the first high molecular material layer by means of the orifice 29.
