Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve an utilizing efficiency of waste plastic by a method wherein two kinds of resins are extruded continuously while the other one kind of resin is extruded intermittently and a multilayered parison blow is effected when a multiplicity of thermoplastic resins are formed by a multilayered extruding blow forming. CONSTITUTION:A die head is constituted with respective head portions forming an innermost layer, an intermediate layer, an outer layer or the like and a die portion 8 controlling an extruding condition of a multi layered parison. The respective portions are combined about a center of a mandrel 10 surrounding a core holder 30 having a core pin 9 at a lower tip thereof sequentially in a vertical direction, and equipped with independent controllers for temperatures and thicknesses. Resin tubes, which are joined and made into three layers, are fusion-welded within a passageway formed between the die and the core pin and become a parison due to an adjusting by an adjusting screw 21, however, the thicknesses of the respective layers may be adjusted so as to be capable of saving, therefore, a total amount of flashes is enabled to be recovered.
