Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a two-layered film having a greater strength with the outer layer having a greater coefficient of static friction, by employing a high-density polyethylene for the inner layer and a low-density polyethylene for the outer layer, and conducting blow molding at an expansion ratio of 2.5-7. CONSTITUTION:The high-density polyethylene that will constitute the resin for the inner layer and the low-density polyethylene that will constitute the resin for the outer layer are extruded from respective extruders and introduced into a two-layer cirdular die 1 to allow the outer and inner resin layers to merge into a cylindrical body, and the cylindrical body is subjected to blow molding with the expansion ratio of 2.5-7 to obtain the two-layered and cylindrical film. Thus the two-layered cylindrical body having an enough film strength with the outer layer having a greater coefficient of static friction is produced.
