Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a transmission of noise of an electric motor to a range hood body by a structure wherein a fan and the electric motor part are separated from an air guide and fixed to a body support with a vibration proofing member interposed therebetween.
CONSTITUTION: The air guide Fg is fixed by means of a butterfly nut 10 screwed into a hole 10" to an electric motor support base Mb mounted on an air fan support leg 8. On the other hand, the electric motor M is fixed to the screw 9' of the electric motor support base Mb with a pair of front and rear vibration proffing rubbers 9a and 9b, a spacer 9c and a washer 9d. With such a construction, the noise of the electric motor M can be absorbed by the vibration proofing rubbers without transmitting to the range hood body.
