A protector 3 to cover the rear side of the end face of the bracket 1 is constructed of a protector base part 4 to cover the base part 1a of the bracket 1, and a washer part 5 extended from the end of the said base part 4 in one body and provided between the bracket 1 and the instrument panel 2.
