PURPOSE:To suppress the stuffy noise by providing the supporting member for a center bearing while hunging cover a holding member then fixing the vibration-proof rubber at both ends of the holding member and converting the vertical vibration from the center bearing into the rotary motion. CONSTITUTION:A propeller shaft 1 is secured through a center bearing 2 and a bolt 6 to the chassis 4. An overhunged supporting member 8 is provided integrally on the holding member 7 in the direction perpendicular with the line coupling between the bolt fixing holes. Then a center bearing 2 is arranged on the supporting member 8 while the bolt fixing holes at both ends are fixed through a vibration-proof rubber 9 and a bolt 6 to the chassis 4. Consequently when the vertical of the center bearing 2 is produced on the basis of the rotation of the propeller shaft 1, the supporting member 8 will swing through the vibration-proof rubber 9 to perform the vertical rotary motion thereby the transmission of the vertical vibration to the chassis 4 can be reduced.
