Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep the concentration of condesate constant by a method in which theoretical distillation amount is finely adjusted by a positive or negative adjusting amount obtained by conversional calculation of the output of a concentration adjusting meter in order to obtain actual distillation amount, and the amount of liquid to be supplied is calculated from a formula of material balance for control.
CONSTITUTION: A deviation between set value X2 from a condensate concentration setter 1 and a ctually measured value X3 from a detection terminal C2 is sent forth in the form of analog signal from a concentration indicating and regulating meter DIC/2 and then converted into a positive or negative digital signal in No.2 arithmetic unit 2. The signal is put in No.5 arithmetic unit 3, adjusted distillation amount V2 signal obtained by multiplying it by constant K(0<K<1) amount V1 and finely adjusted, and calculated value V signal is sent to No.4 arithmetic unit 5. In the No.4 airthmetic unit, the amount F of liquid to be supplied is calculated on the base of a formula of material balance, liquid supply amount F signal is sent as a set signal to a flow rate indicating meter FIC/2 by which an adjusting valve V1 is controlled on the basis of the liquid supply amount F signal and flow rate signal from the flow rate detection terminal F1. Thus, the concentration of condensate can be kept almost constantly automatic control and therefore, the need for operating members can be almost eliminated.
