Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled handle with strong bonding without lowering commodity value bonding the handle of a knife etc. being divided into the male connecting body and the female connecting body by frictional fusion-bonding, so as to seal the properly sealed objects inside and making the bonding seamed part undistinguishable from the other part.
CONSTITUTION: The object to be sealed, e.g. an artificial flower etc., is inserted into the hollow part 2a of the female connecting body 1a having the conically shaped inside connecting part 3 at the open end of the hollow part 2a. The connecting part 6 like the truncated cone which is shaped at the open end of the hollow part 2b of the male connecting body 1b is abutted to the inside connnecting part 3 of the female connecting body 1a and under pressure either one of the connecting bodies 1a, 1b is fixed and another is rotated or both connecting bodies 1a, 1b are rotated reversely to each other. The contact face is melted by the generation of frictional heat between the inside part 3 and the inserted part 6, and the connecting bodies 1a, 1b are bonded integrally, thus the handle 1 having the sealed object in the hollow part 2 is obtained.
