Abstract
PURPOSE:To completely burn by a method wherein an outer tube and an inner tube with air holes are concentrically provided with a fixed space and the air is tangentially blown in at the lower part of the outer tube. CONSTITUTION:First a seeding fire is put in the inner tube 1, then materials to be incinerated, for example scrap rubber tyres 8, are put in the inner tube 1, and after that, the air is supplied into an air reservoir 3. The air ascends gradually while whirling within a space 9, being blown thereinto tangentially to the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2, and sent into the inner tube 1 through the air holes 5. The air sent in as described above whirls within the inner tube 1 to generate a whirlpool. Consequently, the flames produced by the combustion of the scrap rubber tyres 8 causes also a whirlpool phenomenon with the whirlpool of the air and the incompletely burnt gas at the lower part within the inner tube 1 is burnt secondary or completely by the air sent in from the outside during its ascent.
