Further, a feedback resistance Rf connected between the digit line DL and the output S of the inverting amplifier IV is included, and an enhancement type feedback IGFETQf whose source is connected to the digit line DL while the drain and gate are connected to the output point S of the inverting amplifier IV in common is used.
