CONSTITUTION:A magnetic layer is made to contain an organic silicone compound which has two kind of modified groups having excellent affinity with a binder in a principal chain at the same time as shown by the right general formula [where R, T1, R2, and R4 are hydrocarbon groups of C1-C26, R3 is -H or a hydrocarbon group of C1-C2, and (m), (p), (q), and (r) are 1-11, 0-7, and 0-50; and (n1) is >=0 and <=1,000, (n2+n3) is >=1 and <=500, and (n1+n2+n3) is <=1,000].
