CONSTITUTION:A magnetic layer is made to contain an organic silicone compound which has an excellent affinity with a binder and also has a carbon fluoride group specially having superior lubricity in addition to hydrocarbon groups containing in a principal chain a hydroxyl, a carboxyl, an amino, and an epoxy group having lubricity as shown by the right general formula [where X is -ROH, -RCOOH, -RNH2 or -R-epoxy group, R is a hydrocarbon group of C1-C26, and (m), (n1), (n2+n3), and (n1+n2+n3) are 1-11, 0-100, 1-500, and >=1,000].
