CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin molded article is first treated with low temperature plasma of an inorganic gas (e.g. helium, hydrogen chloride, etc.) at <=100,000 Torr (pref. 0.001-1 Torr), and then with low temperature plasma of oxygen gas. The plasma is generated by e.g. applying high frequency electricity of several to several hundreds KHz to a pair of electrodes for several sec. to several tens min.
