Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance responsiveness of an actuator by providing a supplementary valve at a three-way valve, which is to supply or exhaust the pressure fluid to work the actuator, and by performing the exhaust quickly from this supplementary valve.
CONSTITUTION: When a solenoid 8 is supplied with current, the supply port 2 is in communication with the output port 3 and the exhaust hole 22 is closed, and the pressure fluid flows into the cylinder 17 through a groove 25 and the outlet 21 to work an actuator. When the solenoid is shut out of current, a moving core 9 separates from the valve seat 7 to open the exhaust port 4, through which the pressure fluid is exhausted. Accordingly, the pressure at the intake 20 to an auxiliary valve chest 19 drops quickly to produce a pressure difference between the intake 20 and outlet 21, and an auxiliary valve 24 separates from the valve seat 23 against the energizing force of spring 26 to open the large diameter exhaust hole 22. Thus the pressure fluid is exhausted through the exhaust hole 22 quickly, and the actuator can be restituted rapidly.
