Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting mirror of high flatness by filling a fluid adhesive between the circumferential edge of the rear surface of a reflecting mirror panel placed on a flat plate surface by directing its reflection surface to said plate surface and a rigid frame body supporting the panel, turning the assembly over after the adhesive has set and filling a filler in the gap between the panel and the frame body. CONSTITUTION:A flat reflecting mirror panel 10 is placed on a surface plate 20 by directing the reflection surface 10f of the former on the flat surface 20a of the latter, and is located and set by supporting jigs. After a rubber weir material 12 is affixed at the circumferential edge of the rear surface 10g of the panel 10, a rigid frame body 11 supporting the panel 10 is set; thence, a spacer 25 is placed and a weight of a flat plate shape is placed thereon to prevent the spacer 25 from moving. A hot-melt adhesive 28 is then filled from a gun 27 into the clearance between the lower piece 11d, reinforcing piece in the channel part 11a of the frame body 11 and the circumferential edge of the rear surface 10g of the reflection panel. After the adhesive has cooled and set, the panel 10 is turned over, and a masking tape 29 is applied; thereafter, a filler 30 is filled in the gap between the frame body 11 and the reflection surface 10a of the panel 10. In this way, the reflection mirror panel having high flatness suited for solar heat collection and the light is obtained.
