Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting mirror of high flatness by filling a fluid adhesive between the circumferential edge of the rear surface of a reflecting mirror panel placed on a flat plate surface by directing its reflection surface to said plate surface and a rigid frame body supporting the panel, turning the assembly over after the adhesive has set and filling a filler in the gap between the panel and the frame body. CONSTITUTION:A flat reflecting mirror panel 10 is placed on a surface plate 20 by directing the reflection surface 10f of the former on the flat surface 20a of the latter, and is located and set by supporting jigs.
