Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the printing quality, by providing a set of dot plates constituted of thin plates instead of dot wires and a plurality of driving solenoids arranged along the lengthwise direction of the dot plates. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of dot plates 1 each constituted of a thin plate instead of dot wires are laminated along the thickness direction of the plates and the set of the dot plates are fitted to a printing head. The printing face at an end of each dot plate 1 is formed in a shape of square and driving solenoids 8 are provided along the lengthwise direction of the dot plates 1 and so as to surround the laminated dot plates. Therefore, application of a printing signal causes operation of the driving solenoids 8 to print a square print on a printing surface through the dot plates particularly driven of the laminated dot plates 1.
