It is described in Publication No. 56-108542. Although the printing element described in this publication is formed of thin plates, they are not laminated together. However, the printing element described in the publication, particularly in FIG. 1, has a rear end with a large diameter, a guide hole is formed through the large diameter part, and a guide pin is inserted therein, and The leading end portion of the printing element is inserted into a guide hole provided in a guide plate and reciprocated. As stated in the same publication, with this configuration, it is difficult to manufacture the guide hole, and the friction between the printing element and the guide hole is intense, making it difficult to maintain accuracy. It is completely unsuitable for a device that performs forward movement by pressing the protrusion provided on the side against the armature.

提供せんとするものである。 In addition, printing elements formed of thin plates are laminated, and
JP-A-57-38166 discloses a device in which a protrusion is provided on the side of the printing element and an armature is pressed against the protrusion to perform forward movement.
The guide portion of the printing element of this publication and the head for this type of dot matrix printer will be described in detail with reference to FIG. In the figure, conventionally, the printing element 1 of this type of dot matrix printer head was guided by the inner surface of the outer case 5, as shown in FIG. In this case, as shown by the arrow in the explanatory diagram of FIG.
In other words, a pressing force acts on the inner surface of the upper case 5 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Therefore, originally,
Since a frictional force acts at an angle of θ 1 with respect to the direction in which the printing element 1 should move straight, the frictional force becomes large, and the friction surface of the case 5 is damaged, and the guide width increases accordingly, causing physical problems of the printing element 1. This will hinder your ability to go straight to the target. Of course, wear occurs in the case 5 at the rear of the printing element in the same way, but since the mission of the printing element is accurate printing on the paper surface, the wear of the case at the rear is not so serious. That is, as mentioned above, conventionally, the front case (guide part)
Abrasion occurred on the inner surface of the printing element, hindering the forward movement of the printing element, and causing defects such as a zigzag phenomenon in printing. Therefore, this invention uses some of the known techniques of the above-mentioned prior art as a superordinate concept of the present invention, and furthermore solves the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, and also incorporates laminated printing elements as a unit in a case. Therefore, a technical problem that must be solved arises in order to incorporate the technology, and the present invention has been proposed as a solution to this problem. A protrusion is provided on the side of the print element, and an armature is pressed against the protrusion for forward movement.Furthermore, a large diameter portion is provided at the end of the printing element, and a guide hole is provided in the large diameter portion. In an impact-type dot matrix printer head in which a guide pin is inserted through the printing element and a guide pin is inserted into the guide hole, the large diameter portion of the laminated printing element is provided at both ends of the printing element and a guide pin is inserted into the guide hole. A hole is provided through the guide hole, and a guide pin is inserted through the guide hole, and each of the printing elements is stacked between upper and lower frames respectively fixed to the upper and lower ends of the guide pin, Another object of the present invention is to provide a guide device for a printing element in a dot matrix printer head, characterized in that the frame is fitted and fixed to a case.

For convenience of explanation, conventionally known technical matters will also be explained at the same time. Reference numeral 1 denotes a printing element, and the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction thereof is expanded to a large diameter. A guide hole 3 is provided through the large diameter portion 2. This guide hole 3 is formed with a long piece in the longitudinal direction, into which a guide pin 4 is inserted, and this guide pin 4 has an outer diameter that is large enough to come into contact with the inner diameter of the guide hole 3 in the short side direction. However, this guide pin 4 is fixed, and its cross-sectional shape may be round or square. Using this guide pin 4 as a guide, the printing element 1 can reciprocate in the longitudinal direction of the guide hole 3. Of course,
A predetermined number of printing elements 1 are stacked, and frame plates 7, 7 are abutted on the upper and lower sides of the printing elements 1.
7 are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the guide pin 4, and caps 7' are inserted into the upper and lower grooves 4a, 4a of the guide pin 4, so that the upper and lower ends of the printing elements 1, 1 are fixed. Objects are prevented from coming into direct contact with the frame plates 7, 7. Moreover, the frame plates 7, 7 are fitted and fixed to the case 9. still,
The printing element 1 is formed with a protrusion 8 for forward movement by being pressed by an armature 6, and a pressing protrusion 8' of a spring 10 for backward movement for causing the printing element 1 to move backward.

ができる。 Since this embodiment has the configuration described above, when the printing element 1 is moved forward by the armature 6, for example as shown in FIG. 5, the printing element 1 itself rotates around the illustrated point A'. A force acts in the direction. In such a case, since the guide pin 4 is just inserted into the guide hole 3 provided in the large diameter portion 2 of the tip of the printing element 1 itself, the lower part of the guide pin 4 in FIG. Guide hole 3 of the printing element 1
The inner surfaces of the two are in contact with each other. Therefore, a frictional force acts on the abutting portion at an angle of θ 2 with respect to the direction in which the printing element 1 should originally move straight. This θ 2 is a much smaller friction force than the conventional friction force described above, that is, the friction force corresponding to the angle θ 1 . (θ 1 > θ 2 ) In this case, the forward motion of the printing element 1 is almost straight forward, and the frictional force is small, so there is almost no wear on the friction surface, and therefore the printing element 1 is guided The forward motion is always accurately guided by the pin 4, and the printing surface of the printing element 1 is also accurately pressed onto the paper surface, so the zigzag phenomenon of printing as in the conventional case does not occur.
Clear printing is possible, and furthermore, both ends of the printing elements 1 to be stacked are interposed between the guide pin 4 and the upper and lower frames 7 fixed to the upper and lower ends of the guide pin 4, respectively. Since the upper and lower frames can be fixed by simply fitting them into the case 9, the printing element 1 can be assembled into a unit beforehand outside the case 9, which simplifies assembly and improves productivity. At the same time, power consumption can be reduced.
