Abstract

PURPOSE:To superimpose communication identifying code easily without reducing information amount at a data communication not having a frame synchronizing signal, by primary modulation with virtual noise code such as PN code and gold code to a transmission data. CONSTITUTION:A transmission data signal from an input terminal 11 is code- converted with an output of a virtual noise code generating circuit 13 at an exclusive logical sum circuit 12 and transmitted to a reception circuit 16 from a transmission circuit 14 to a transmission line 15. The output is applied to an exclusive logical sum circuit 17 and a correlation device 18. The device 18 takes the correlation between the output of a virtual noise code generating circuit 19 with the reception data to deliver the control signal shifting the bit of the virtual noise code until the correlation coefficient is more than a value, to the circuit 19. A virtual noise code superimposed on the transmission data inverts the polarity per one frame and the polarity of correlation can be detected at the reception side.
