Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a compact on-load tap changer for three phase delta connection transformer by a method wherein by rationalizing arrangement of breaking parts and current limiting resistors inside of a diverter switch, those apparatus for three phase is accomodated in a pair of diverter switch and tap selector. CONSTITUTION:The tap selector 15 provided with an intermittent feed mechanism 14 in the upper part thereof is provided in the lower part of the diverter switch 12 provided with a rapid breaking mechanism 11 in the upper part thereof through coupling pieces 13 to constitute the on-load tap changer 10 for three phase delta connection transformer. In this constitution, an oil tank 19 consisted of a mechanism box 16, an insulating cylinder 17 and a base plate 18 is provided in the switch 12, and the breaking parts 20U, 20V, 20W and the current limiting resistors 21U, 21V, 21W for three phase are accomodated in the oil tank 19. The selector 15 is consisted of single insulating cylinder 26 accomodating lumped contactors, etc., for three phase. Namely fixed contactors 27U, 27V, 27W and movable contactors 28U, 28V, 28W for respective phase are provided, and the movable contactors are supported by an insulated operating shaft extending from the mechanism 14 and passing through the center of the insulating cylinder 26 not shown in the figure.
